FinLit is a mobile application designed to demystify personal finance for everyday users. The App empowers individuals to manage their finances through straightforward, educational content and interactive tools. Developed with the specific needs of those with minimal knowledge, FinLit simplifies concepts of budgeting and saving, making financial literacy accessible to everyone. The main aim of Finlit is to not only to help you learn how to save and budget your money but also give you tools to do the same. Many apps that have these features are paid and that's exactly where FinLit shines because it is a free to use app.

Before this case study, I had mainly focused on the UI part rather than the UX part. This project taught me a lot of stuff like research, persona, empathy mapping and many more. UI and UX go hand in hand and serve different purposes but for the same goal. Figjam and Notion were my friends during the 2 week duration of this case study.
